Live CLE Credit Information

July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 Compliance Reporting Period

The CLE requirement is 12 hours of accredited CLE, to include 1 hour of legal ethics and 1 hour of professionalism and civility. At least 6 hours must be live CLE, which may include any combination of the following:

•In-person CLE: A CLE Course presented in a classroom setting where the lawyer or paralegal practitioner is in the same room as the presenter. An hour of In-person CLE means 60 minutes of attendance in a one-hour period at an Accredited CLE program.

•Verified E-CLE: A CLE presented on Zoom or similar online platform – The program takes place in real-time. The lawyer can participate and ask knowledge-based questions about what is being taught during the live program.
