Submitting Attendance for Approved CLE Courses

Information for providers regarding submission of attendance.

All CLE providers must submit registration online through the Provider Portal within 30 days following the presentation of the CLE. A $100 late fee may be assessed for failure to comply with deadline.

All CLE providers who offer any course for Utah Accredited CLE credit must pay to the Board, within 30 days following the course, a fee of $1.50 per credit hour per attendee. The required fee must accompany the required registration list. The $1.50 per credit hour fee will cap at $15 per attendee per event.
This fee is required even if you do not charge for the CLE event.
