Submitting Attendance for Approved CLE Courses

Information for providers regarding submission of attendance.

All CLE providers must submit a registration list in an approved format within 30 days following the presentation of the CLE. $100 late fee will be assessed for failure to comply with deadline.

All CLE providers who offer any course for Utah Accredited CLE credit must pay to the Board, within 30 days following the course, a fee of $1.50 per credit hour per attendee. The required fee must accompany the required registration list. The $1.50 per credit hour fee will cap at $15 per attendee.
This fee is required even if you do not charge for the CLE event.

Please download Approved Registration Form and submit completed form by either emailing to and calling 801-297-7032 with a credit card payment or mailing with a check to Utah Supreme Court Board of CLE, 645 South 200 East, Salt Lake City, UT 80111.
